This service is provided by AnythingWeather™ Communications,
Inc., an affiliate of Widespread Weather Services Inc., (The Provider) exclusively to the Client
and is not for distribution without the expressed written consent of Provider. The Provider
makes no express or implied warranties that weather will occur or has occurred as the reports,
data and or information comprising the service state, represent or depict and the Provider has
no responsibility or liability whatsoever to the Client or any other person or entity, Parties and
non-parties a like, for any consistency, inaccuracy or omission of weather events predicted or
depicted, reported or occurred. By your signature, you agree to accept all services, billing,
and terms & conditions. All payments are due the 1st day of the service period.
After (30) days we can assess a late charge. Service may be deactivated immediately if
payment is not received by the due date. Service Cancellation: Service will automatically
renew for next period upon expiration, unless specific service quarters are indicated above. To
cancel, fax or mail written notice 30 days prior to the end of your service period.
